Japanese Botanical Garden Wedding – Fort Worth – Brooke & Steven

Can I just tell you how much I love small, intimate weddings…even ones on a weekday!? Especially when they are at the beautiful Japanese Botanical Garden in Fort Worth. Brooke and Steven’s love story makes my heart melt in a puddle! These two have been married before…to each other. They met in high school, married young, and then divorced and parted ways. After being divorced for a little while, Brooke’s team that she coaches won a game, and there is no one else she could think of to share the good news with…than with Steven. He has always supported her in everything she does. After a really big storm, they both checked in with each other to make sure each other was safe. They both knew they still loved each other and started re-dating shortly thereafter. I was there to capture their second wedding to each other on their same exact wedding date as their first wedding together. It was so heartfelt and sweet, and wonderful because all the family and everyone already knew each other well. Here are some images from their beautiful garden wedding.

Brooke & Steven decided to see each other before the ceremony so we could take advantage of taking beautiful portraits throughout the Japanese Botanical Garden in Fort Worth. After the ceremony they were able to spend the maximum amount of time they could enjoying the company of their guests.Brooke’s Grandmother was Brooke’s officiant which was such a sweet, personal touch to their ceremony
