David met Emily the first week of their freshman year. They soon found out that they shared a political science class and he just so happened to save a left handed seat for her every day. They reunited at a tailgate the following fall and continued to grow fond of one another. Emily’s sister said that one evening they were all hanging out and “after a lot of chocolate milk…(right dad?) David said he would one day make her his wife.” And he did at the beautiful Four Seasons Las Colinas.

I am so thankful to share the day with Emily and David. I got to know their families a little better and they are truly top notch families. You could feel the love they all share for one another. When did I really know Emily was the perfect bride for me to capture? Obviously in our first meeting, but the deal was sealed when her and all her bridesmaids danced their hearts out to *Nsync at the reception with as much enthusiasm as I did when I went to their no strings attached world tour. #nsync4life

Other than that I just loved and appreciated Emily and David’s perspective on their wedding day. They rolled with the punches when the wedding got moved indoor last minute because of rain, and maintained a happy outlook throughout the day. When I asked them what they were most excited about when it came to their wedding day, they said they were most excited to be in the same room and share the night with all of their most loved and favorite people.
