Nidhin and Sapna had one of the most beautiful and heartfelt weddings and receptions at the St Ann Catholic Parish and the Omni Mandalay Hotel Las Colinas. These two are just a breath of fresh air. They are some of the nicest, most joyful people I have ever met…and smart, and accomplished, I could go on and on! The love and support they have from their families is pretty remarkable too. Even though the wedding day was the first time I’d met their parents, I could really feel how proud they were and how much they adored the spouse their child chose in each other, Nidhin and Sapna. As I revisited these images, it reminded me that they married at the rainiest time of year Dallas has ever seen. It just goes to show that no matter how well you plan, something evidently will go “not according to plan”. It goes to show that the joy you feel on your wedding day, even when life throws a wrench in your dream day, is completely dependent on your attitude. Nidhin and Sapna were perfect examples of having a great attitude despite less than ideal circumstances and weather. They rocked that umbrella during their bride and groom photos and it shows! The attention to detail put into their reception was evident as well. It was all around a beautiful evening.
